CS999 Terms and Conditions — What Every Pakistani Member Needs to Know

By accessing or using the CS999 platform — including the website cs999.biz, any associated mobile interface, or any service provided under the CS999 brand — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and CS999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the CS999 platform. Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

CS999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, CS999 will provide at least seven (7) days notice by displaying a notice on the platform or notifying registered members by email. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically and to remain aware of their current content.

To use the betting and gaming services at CS999, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals residing in or accessing the platform from Pakistan. The following conditions apply to all CS999 account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active CS999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or any other identity — is prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details. CS999 may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CS999 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. CS999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date. CS999 uses these details for account notifications, security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

CS999 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where false information has been provided, where the applicant is suspected to be a minor, or where the applicant has previously been excluded from CS999 or a related platform.

CS999 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18 years. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced across all services offered under the CS999 brand. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout your membership.

CS999 may require age verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine account review. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified by CS999, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals withheld pending verification.

CS999 actively supports responsible gaming initiatives for young people. If you believe a minor may be accessing the CS999 platform using your device or connection, please use parental control software to restrict access and contact CS999 support immediately.

All financial transactions on the CS999 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CS999 does not apply currency conversion charges and does not require members to hold international currency accounts or cards. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at CS999 is Rs 100. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, subject to the payment method's own transaction limits.
• Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your CS999 wallet within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside CS999's control.
• CS999 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. The name on your payment account must match the name on your registered CS999 account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. VIP Club Gold members receive priority processing with a target of under 20 minutes. CS999 Diamond VIP members benefit from a guaranteed 10-minute processing commitment.
• CS999 does not charge withdrawal fees. The full PKR amount you request will be transferred without deduction by CS999, subject to any charges applied by your own payment provider.
• CS999 may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention and security measure.
• CS999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is ongoing investigation into suspicious activity on the relevant account.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets offered at CS999. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are displayed within the relevant section of the CS999 platform.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet stake at CS999 is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market type and by your VIP Club tier. CS999 may adjust maximum stake limits at its discretion, including reducing limits for accounts identified as consistently sharp or exhibiting unusual betting patterns.
• Odds acceptance: When you place a bet at CS999, you accept the odds displayed at the time of placement. If odds change between selection and confirmation, CS999 will notify you of the new price. You will always have the option to decline the updated price and cancel the bet.
• Market settlement: Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as reported by the relevant governing body — PCB, ICC, or the relevant virtual sports RNG engine for virtual markets. CS999 does not alter settlement after markets are officially closed except to correct a demonstrable error.
• In-play betting: CS999 offers in-play betting across cricket and virtual sports. In-play markets may be suspended at any time — including between deliveries in cricket — without prior notice. Bets placed before a suspension period remain valid unless the market is voided due to a valid technical reason.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if a match is abandoned, if the event does not take place within a specified timeframe, or if a manifest pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are refunded in full to your CS999 wallet in PKR.
• Errors in odds: CS999 makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times. In cases where a clearly erroneous or manifestly incorrect price has been published — such as odds that imply an impossible scenario — CS999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at that price and to refund the relevant stakes.

CS999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered members, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards and VIP Club cashback. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All promotional offers are available to eligible CS999 members who have a verified account in good standing. CS999 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion may carry its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, timeframe and any applicable wagering requirements. These terms are displayed within the relevant promotional offer at cs999.biz.
• CS999 VIP Club cashback is credited as real PKR with no additional wagering requirements. All other bonus types carry any wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotional terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the CS999 platform. Bonuses are issued to the individual account and expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer.
• CS999 does not permit the use of promotional bonuses by members acting in a coordinated manner to exploit bonus structures. Any such activity will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• The Refer a Friend programme at CS999 is subject to its own terms. The referring member must be in good standing, and the referred member must complete their first qualifying deposit before the referral reward is credited. Referral rewards are not awarded for self-referrals or referrals using the same device or payment method.

The CS999 VIP Club is an automatic loyalty programme available to all registered members. Membership in the VIP Club and the benefits associated with each tier are governed by the following terms:

• VIP points are accumulated automatically based on wagering activity at CS999. Point earning rates vary by game type and are displayed within the VIP Club section of the platform.
• VIP tier upgrades occur automatically when a member's accumulated points cross the relevant threshold. CS999 reassesses VIP tiers quarterly. Members who do not maintain sufficient activity levels during a three-month assessment period may have their tier adjusted downward at the start of the following quarter. • Monthly cashback is calculated on net losses in the previous calendar month and is credited to a member's CS999 wallet on the first day of the following month. Cashback is awarded as real PKR with no wagering requirements. • VIP Club benefits, including cashback rates and tier thresholds, may be updated by CS999 from time to time. Existing members will be notified of any changes that affect their current tier benefits in advance of those changes taking effect.
• VIP Club benefits are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, gifted or sold to any other person.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CS999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any identity, including using a spouse's, family member's or other person's personal details.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or any communication with CS999.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, gain an unfair advantage or scrape data from the CS999 platform.
• Attempting to exploit errors in odds, software bugs or any technical vulnerability in the CS999 platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the relevant stake refunded.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players in poker, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of games or markets offered at CS999.
• Attempting to launder funds through CS999 or using the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the CS999 platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing CS999 staff or other members via any communication channel.

CS999 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 has been identified or reasonably suspected.
• Where the member has failed to comply with identity or age verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Where the account is subject to an ongoing fraud investigation or legal proceeding.
• Where the member has requested self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Where CS999 determines, at its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to the member is not in the best interests of the platform or its other members.

If your account is closed by CS999 due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus balances or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances that were not derived from prohibited activity may be returned to you after any applicable investigation has concluded, subject to the outcome of that investigation.

A member may voluntarily close their CS999 account at any time by contacting support at support@cs999.biz. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your last used payment method.

CS999 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at cs999.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data handling practices at CS999 include the following:

• CS999 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data including card details are not stored by CS999. All payment processing is handled by compliant third-party payment gateways.
• CS999 uses your contact details to communicate account notifications, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and promotional information where you have opted in to receive such communications.

CS999 is committed to providing a safe betting environment and supports responsible gaming practices across all its products. The following tools are available to all registered CS999 members at no cost and without requiring any justification:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you put into your CS999 account. Increases to limits take effect after a 48-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss limits: Specify the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain within a given period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. Once the limit is reached, you will be logged out of your CS999 account automatically.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet or market settlement, CS999 requests that you first raise the matter with the customer support team at support@cs999.biz, providing all relevant details including your account username, the market or event in question, and the basis of your dispute. CS999 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days.

CS999's decision on bet settlement disputes, once a final review has been completed, is binding. CS999 will not alter a settled market outcome based on the subjective opinion of what a bettor believed the outcome should be — settlement is based on the official result as reported by the relevant governing body.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and CS999 regarding your use of the platform. Any prior representations, statements or agreements — whether verbal or written — that are not expressly incorporated into these terms are superseded by this document.
